Take a good look, and I bet you’ll find your anxiety is often a result of holding two seemingly conflicting beliefs or desires at the same time.
For example:
I want to be authentic…but I also want people to like me
I want to say no more often…but I also want to be a good friend
I want to make an impact at work…but I don’t want to play the Man’s Game
